Finishing behind Brooks in the sprints were Hal Rettberg, Bobby Courtwright, Slim Brown, Bill Holland, Beau Clark, Don Allison, Red Albright, Buddy Powers and Mike San Felice. Finishing behind Marshman in the ARDC Midget race was Tony Romit followed by Len Duncan, Johnny Mann, Bob Boone, Dick Linder, Red Marlowe, Andy Furci, Bill Randall and Red Reigel. Following Malzahn in the Stock Cars were Jack Murphy, Bud Olson, Ed Lindsay, Bill Wark, Glenn Guthrie, Charlie Cregar, Al Tasnady, Ed Soden and Jimmy Metzler.
Fred Lorenzen won the Late Model Stock Car race at the O'Hare Stadium, Chicago, IL.
