Rollie Beale won the Sprint Car race at the Fremont Speedway, Fremont,OH.
Johnny Mackison won the Super Modified race at the Lincoln Speedway, Hanover,PA.
Buddy Krebs won the Riverside 100 Independence Classic race at the Riverside Park Speedway, Agawam, Mass.
Red Foote won the 5th annual 100 mile Garden State Classic race at the Wall Stadium, Belmar, NJ. Ed Flemke finished second followed by Don Stumpf, Bob Rossell and Jack Hart.
A.J. Foyt won the 100 mile USAC Championship race on the 1 Mile Dirt Oval Langhorne Speedway, Langhorne, PA. Parnelli Jones was second followed by Jim Hurtubise, Don Branson and Bobby Marshman.
Hugh Randall... Died ... USAC driver from the early 1960's. He died as a relief driver for Bob Mathouser in the Vargo Special at the Langhorne Speedways 100 Mile USAC Championship race July 1, 1962.

Bobbie Adamson won the Sprint Car race over Dave Reed, Herb Buck, Billy Cassella and J.D. Leas at the Cannonball Motor Speedway, St. Clairsville, OH.

Joe Lingle won the Super Sprint Car race at the Port Royal Speedway, Port Royal,PA.
Jim Shampine won the Super Modified race at the Oswego Speedway , Oswego, NY. Ray Wright was second followed by Norm Mackereth, Todd Gibson and Red Barnhart.
Ralph Quarterson won the Sprint Car race at the Mercer Raceway Park, Mercer, PA.
Bobby Gerhart won the Super Sprint Car race over Kenny Weld, Bobby Abel and Lynn Paxton at the Lincoln Speedway , Hanover, PA.
Bobby Unser won the 100 mile USAC Indy Car race on the 2.459 mile road course in Mosport Canada. A second 100 mile race was called after 6 laps because of rain with Bobby Unser leading.
Bobbie Adamson, in the # 77 Al Hamilton Special, won the ALL STAR Super Sprint Car race over Lou Blaney, Ralph Quarterson, Gene Varner and Paul Kekich at the Tri-City Speedway, Franklin,PA.
Greg Weld, in the Bob Weikert # 9, won the USAC Sprint Car race at the Penn National Speedway, Grantville,PA. Lee Kunzman was second followed by Dick Tobias, Jackie Howerton and Larry Dickson.
Kenny Weld, in the Bob Weikert # 29, won the Super Sprint Car race over Bobby Allen, Ken Slaybaugh, Ed Zirkle and Lynn Paxton at the Lincoln Speedway , Hanover, PA.
A.J. Foyt won the Pocono 500 USAC Championship race on the 2.5 Mile Paved Oval Pocono International Raceway, Long Pond, PA. Roger McCluskey was second followed by Lloyd Ruby, Mike Mosley and Johnny Rutherford.
Brian Montieth won the 410 Sprint Car race at the Lincoln Speedway, Abbottstown, PA. Kyle Larson was second followed by Cory Eliason, Chase Dietz and Aaron Reutzel.
Larry Wight won the 100-lap Super Dirt Series Modified race over Matt Sheppard, Danny Johnson, Jimmy Phelps, Erick Rudolph, Mat Williamson, Billy Decker, Carey Terrance, Peter Britten and Ryan Godown at the Plattsburg Airborne Speedway, Plattsburgh, NY.
Billy Pauch Jr. won the 60-lap Garden State Gunfight 3 at the New Egypt Speedway, New Egypt, NJ. Brandon Grosso finished second followed by Danny Bouc, Frank Cozze, David VanHorn, Mike Butler, Ryan Krachun, Jeff Strunk, Corey Cormier, Jordan Watson, Jimmy Blewett, Davey Sammons, Duane Howard, Kevin Vaclavicek and Rich Rutski.
Erick Rudolph won the 358 Modified feature over Tim Fuller, Lance Willix II, Tim Sears and Billy Dunn at the Can Am Speedway, LaFargeville, NY. The Empire Super Sprint (ESS) feature was won by Paulie Colagiovanni over Matt Tanner, Chuck Hebling, Shawn Donath and Davie Franek. The DIRTcar Sportsman feature went to Kevin Root over Matt Janczuk, Alan Fink, Chris Mackey and Dalton Rombough.
Anthony Macri won the 410 Sprint Car race and race #6 of the PA Speedweek at the Port Royal Speedway, Port Royal, PA. Lance Dewease was second followed by Aaron Reutzel, Kyle Larson and Logan Wagner. In the United Racing Club (URC) feature Anthony Macri doubled down and took that race over Dallas Schott, Jonathan Preston, Derek Locke and Josh Weller.
Mike Bednar won the 30-lap USAC All Pro SpeedSTRS feature over Tim Buckwalter, Ryan Godown, Louden Reimert and Gary Wagner at the Action Track USA, Kutztown, PA. The 25-lap 600cc Micro Sprint feature was taken by Colin White with Eddie Strada second followed by Tim Buckwalter, Kenny Miller III and Alex Bright.
