FREMONT, Ohio - It's been a very long time since "The Wild Child" Jac Haudenschild visited victory lane at Fremont Speedway. The 60-year-old hall-of-famer did just that Friday, Sept. 14 to open the 11th Annual Jim and Joanne Ford Classic on All Pro Aluminum Cylinder Heads Night.
A crowd favorite, Haudenschild, from Wooster, Ohio, had to hold off last year's opening night Jim Ford Classic winner Tim Shaffer who had charged from 16th starting spot. An fuel stop with four laps to go put Shaffer right on Haudenschild's rear bumper but the veteran hit his marks perfectly to take home the $3,000 payday and his fourth career win at "The Track That Action Built."
"I can't remember when the last time I won at Fremont. We won an All Star show this year and now this and it helps a ton. I saw the 49 started about last and was second so I knew he was on it. When things are working good like this it's still fun. I have to thank all my sponsors; if it wasn't for them we couldn't do this deal," Haudenschild said beside his Southern Pacific Farms, Whistle Stop Bar and Grill, Finzer Farms, Ron Jacobs Trucking, Triple X Race Company, Performance Foot and Ankle backed #3.
By taking the green flag Gibsonburg, Ohio's Craig Mintz earned his third championship and the $10,000 payday for the All Pro Aluminum Cylinder Heads FAST 410 Championship Series Presented by Ohio Logistics. Mintz also earned his third career Fort Ball Pizza Palace 410 Fremont Speedway track championship.
"I just drive the race car, these guys behind me make it happen. The RPM Chassis, Elite Wings, Kistler Engines...you put those three together and it's a pretty good deal," said Mintz of his titles.
The Fremont Federal Credit Union 305 sprint A-main came down to the last corner of the last lap and Fremont's Paul Weaver used a lapped car as a pick to take the $1,000 win from race long leader Kyle Peters. It was Weaver's second win of the year at Fremont Speedway and his eighth overall victory of 2018. Weaver now sits seventh on the track's all-time win list with 47 career feature wins.
"He (Peters) did the right move. I was going to haul it in there...I wasn't going to wreck him. When he decided to go to the bottom I thought hopefully he comes to a stop and I kept my momentum and it worked," said Weaver adding his 10-year-old race shows came apart and the heal kept getting hung up on the brake pedal.
"I have to thank Daryl Schiets, and Bob Hampshire and Dave Rice...if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be here," added Weaver beside his Hampshire Racing Engines, M&L Excavating, Weaver Performance Center, Schiets Motorsports, Seagate Sandblasting, Miller Rigging backed machine.
Fremont, Ohio's John Ivy was also honored for his third career 305 sprint Fremont Speedway track champion. It is Ivy's seventh overall track title as he has three 410 sprint championships and a dirt truck title as well.
Woodville, Ohio's Troy Hahn made is debut in the McCullough Industries Limited Late Models a night to remember at Fremont Speedway as he scored his first career victory.
"This one is for my uncle Bill (Hahn, a former track champion). He got us all into this a long time ago. He's in the hall of fame here. There's a lot of parts and pieces on this car from his old car and I put one of Kenny Hahn's cars back together. This means a lot to the Hahn family. We specifically built this car for this track. I have to thank Rich Farmer for everything he has done for the late models and I now he's planning on retiring but I hope they continue this deal...there's more guys interested in the division," said Hahn beside his L&K Truck and Auto, High Side Design, Wojo's Heating & Air Conditioning, Fremont Chiropractic, Key Realty backed #20.
Fremont, Ohio's Dustin Keegan was recognized for winning the late model track championship to go with his 2017 dirt truck title at Fremont Speedway.
Haudenschild and Stuart Brubaker brought the field to green for the 30-lap 410 sprint feature but before a lap could be completed Chance Morton, making his winged sprint car debut, spun. On the second attempt at a start Brubaker grabbed the lead over Haudenschild, Lee Jacobs, Mintz, Buddy Kofoid, Travis Philo and Dan McCarron.
With three laps scored Nate Dussel spun with the restart order Brubaker, Haudenschild, Jacobs, Mintz, Kofoid, Philo. Disaster struck on lap six for Brubaker who stopped on the speedway, handing the lead to Haudenschild. With seven laps scored DJ Foos took a wild flip in turn three and was uninjured while Mintz and Philo tangled battling for fourth with Mintz coming to a stop. On the restart Haudenschild pulled away from Jacobs, Kofoid, Philo and Cap Henry.
By lap 10 the car on the move was Shaffer who had moved from 16th to sixth. Haudenschild encountered heavy lapped traffic by the 13th circuit allowing Jacobs to close with Kofoid, Shaffer and Henry in tow. Shaffer took third at the half way point and with eight laps to go leader Haudenschild was struggling with lapped traffic allowing Jacobs to close once again.
Morton spun with seven laps to go, giving Haudenschild a clear track. On the restart Shaffer took second from Jacobs and closed quickly on Haudenschild. Once Haudenschild got his rhythm he pulled away from Shaffer with Jacobs, Kofoid, Henry and Philo giving chase.
With just four laps to go Dussel brought out the caution, necessitating a fuel stop. When the race resumed Haudenschild had to deal with Shaffer with Jacobs, Kofoid, Philo, Cole Duncan and McCarron staying close. Haudenschild had one brief scare as he got over the cushion in turn two with two laps to go, but gathered it back in and drove to the win over Shaffer, Jacobs, Kofoid and Henry rounding out the top five.
In the 25-lap 305 sprint feature, Tyler Street and Peters paced the field with Peters grabbing the lead over Street, Weaver, Jamie Miller, John Ivy and Alvin Roepke. Peters and Street battled had for the lead until Chase Dunham had a front end break and hit the front stretch wall. On the restart Peters and Street resumed their battle with Weaver, Miller and Ivy staying close.
Mike Keegan coasted to a stop with six laps scored and when the green flew it was a five car battle for the lead involving Peters, Street, Weaver, Miller and Ivy. Joe Armbruster spun with nine laps scored and on the restart Justin Adams got side ways. A lap later and Jordan Ryan took a tumble in turn one and was uninjured. When the green flew Peters and Street continued to fight for the lead while Weaver and Miller ran nose to tail for third and fourth.
Peters and Street raced side by side from lap 12 to lap 17 when Weaver joined in the battle. Those three put on quite the performance as they entered lapped traffic with three laps to go. Weaver took second on lap 23 and closed on Peters who was trying to navigate through the traffic. After taking the white flag Peters drove into turn three and tried to block Weaver on the bottom but lapped cars slowed his momentum and Weaver blasted to the outside and took the lead exiting turn four and drove to the win over Peters, Ivy, Street and Miller.
Miller and Dana Fry brought the field to green for the 15 lap late model A-main with Miller gaining the advantage with fifth starter Hahn quickly moving into second just before the caution flew for Josh Kiser and Jerry Creeger tangle. On the restart Hahn grabbed the lead over Miller, John Mayes and Steve Sabo.
The car on the move was Chester Fitch who moved into third on lap four but promptly spun. Another caution for Collin Shipley on lap seven allowed Hahn to stay in front of Mayes, Miller, Bill Clapp Jr. and Sabo.
Hahn steadily pulled away and took the win over Sabo, Mayes, Miller and Shipley.
Fremont Speedway will wrap up the 2018 season Saturday, Sept. 15 with the 11th Annual Jim and Joanne Ford Classic paying the 410 feature winner $10,000. The 305 sprints and Burmeister Trophy Dirt Trucks will also be in action.

DUNDEE, N.Y. (September 14, 2018) - Lemoore, California’s Carson Macedo has certainly become fond of the state of New York, now with three Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions presented by Mobil 1 victories in the Empire State, his third of the year accomplished in fantastic fashion during action at Outlaw Speedway in Dundee on Friday evening.
Macedo, driver of the familiar Gaerte/Norman No. 3G, earned his trip to victory lane with less than two circuits remaining, utilizing a slide job through turns three and four to gain the advantage over race-long leader, Ryan Smith. The $5,000 payday bumped Macedo’s All Star win count to six during his young, but storied career, five occurring during the 2018 season.
Ryan Smith chased the former Gold Cup and King of the West champion to the final checkers after leading the first 28 circuits, followed by Aaron Reutzel, Brock Zearfoss and Paul McMahan.
“We are starting to like these small, slick race tracks,” Carson Macedo explained, who also owns New York victories at Stateline Speedway and Weedsport Speedway. “I just can’t thank my team and all of my supporters enough for their hard work this year. Joe Gaerte, Tim and Cindy Norman; they do a great job with this race car. They make my job easy.”
Carson Macedo’s march toward the front started right from the drop of the initial green, actually advancing from sixth to third before the first lap was complete. Although not advancing another position until lap 25, Macedo pressured the two front-runners, Aaron Reutzel and Ryan Smith, on multiple occasions, using a restart after the main event’s first and only caution on lap 15 to set-up his eventual takeover.
By lap 21, the top-three encountered traffic once again which eventually erased all of Ryan Smith’s advantage. Using slower cars as a roadblock, Macedo capitalized and worked by Aaron Reutzel for second before the completion of lap 25. Continuing to use the topside as a momentum boost, Macedo reeled Smith in to a car-length by the completion of lap 28. As the pair approached turn one, Macedo dived to the bottom of the speedway with the intent to sneak by Smith, only to turn the denied takeover attempt into a side-by-side battle for the lead. As the pair reached turn three, Macedo tried to slide Smith once again, but this time his attempt succeeded, soon crossing under the white flag with Smith and Reutzel in tow.
The final circuit remained unchanged with Macedo crossing under the final checkers by a margin of victory equaling just over one second.
“I was getting a ton of side bite. I knew I was really good through the top of three and four, so when I got a run on Ryan [Smith], I figured I better go ahead and give it a shot,” Macedo explained. “It all worked out.”
The All Star Circuit of Champions will continue their New York/Pennsylvania road trip with a stop at Selinsgrove Speedway in Selinsgrove, Pa., on Saturday, September 15. Awarding a $10,000 top prize, Tony Stewart’s All Stars will headline the Jim Nace Memorial/36th Annual National Open; the final Pennsylvania appearance for the All Star Circuit of Champions of 2018.
Selinsgrove Speedway in Selinsgrove, Pa., will open pit gates at 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 15. BACON POURS IT ON IN HURTUBISE CLASSIC VICTORY

Terre Haute, Indiana......September 14, 2018 - It's certainly been a whirlwind week-plus of highs for Brady Bacon.
Last Thursday, he picked up a victory worth $15,000 in the BC39 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. On Monday, he became a father for the third time with the birth of daughter, Linley. And Friday, he hit the jackpot once again, winning his second career "Jim Hurtubise Classic" USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Car feature at the Terre Haute Action Track.
"They say when it rains, it pours, and we needed some rain on our crops at home," Bacon said. "This has been a good little stretch. For some reason, new kids bring a lot of wins it seems like. We've won two championships the year the last two kids were born and now we got this one. We can win a lot of money from here to the end of the year with a lot of big paying races, so this is a good time to get momentum."
Bacon rolled off fifth in his own Brady Bacon Racing/Fatheadz Eyewear - Tel-Star Technologies/Triple X/Rider Chevy. Pole sitter Shane Cottle set the pace into turn one on the opening lap, but it was outside front row starter C.J. Leary who won the race to turn three to grab the lead where he'd remain for the first five circuits.
On lap six, Nick Bilbee and Josh Hodges tangled in turn one, sending Bilbee hard into the outside concrete to bring out the first stoppage of the night. Both were uninjured, but both were finished for the evening.
The caution closed the gap between Leary and the rapidly climbing Bacon for the lap six restart. Leary held the advantage when racing returned to green, but Bacon was close enough to apply pressure. Leary drifted a bit high on the exit of four and Bacon was there to capitalize on the bottom, ripping the lead away and, immediately, carving out a half-straightaway lead nearing the halfway point when Dave Darland slowed to a stop in turn two on lap 13.
When action resumed, second-place Robert Ballou was able to stay in touch with Bacon, bouncing along the bottom between turns three and four as he trailed five car lengths back.
The 2014 (Bacon) and 2015 (Ballou) "Hurtubise" winners were now set one/two with Bacon relentlessly attacking the top lap-after-lap, four wheels above the cush as Ballou put the chase on. But, with six laps remaining, Bacon nearly lost all those gains on the track and nearly gained a migraine, getting completely sideways between turns one and two. Bacon gathered up his mount and motored on, while Ballou was unable to erase any ground.

"We were kind of getting in above the cushion and got up a little too high," Bacon explained. "There must've been a big clump up there or some heavy stuff and it caught us and turned us sideways. Luckily, we were able to get it pointed straight."
What first appeared like a bout of misfortune turned into good fortune for the Broken Arrow, Oklahoma native as he simultaneously danced with lapped traffic with Ballou hot on the trail.
"I squeezed by the 11 car (James Lyerla) and there wasn't a whole lot of extra room," Bacon recalled. "I had all four wheels above the cushion. But when things are going your way, you can get by with stuff that maybe you shouldn't be able to. Sometimes that's just the way it works and I'm glad it's my turn right now."
Tenth-running Justin Grant's car went up in smoke with five laps remaining to bring out the final yellow. On the ensuing restart, Bacon had the buffer of a lapped car in Isaac Chapple between he and Ballou to break away with any increment of a gain he could pocket. Bacon was as precise as the arc of an Olympic high diver while Ballou got around Chapple with relative ease, but he was playing catchup now and Bacon had no intentions of getting run down on this night, holding a steady interval and never missing a beat down the stretch to win for the 22nd time in his USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Car career, tying him for 22nd on the all-time list alongside Rick Hood, Bubby Jones & Sam Sessions.
"We've struggled by my standards here this year," Bacon admitted. "We made some changes of what we thought would make it better and we really had a good racecar. I had a new shock on that we were trying tonight, and it was really good. We could stick anywhere we wanted at the beginning of the race and had a lot of grip into the center. That dictates your speed here, and I could carry momentum and not have to overdrive it to carry a lot of speed. We used our tire up a little bit, but that's kind of part of it here. I felt like if someone challenged me I could've gone a little bit harder, but it was nice to be able to get to the front as quick as we did."

BECHTELSVILLE, PA September 13, 2018 . . . The excitement continues to build for two big nights of auto racing action at Grandview Speedway this weekend topped by the 48th Annual Freedom 76 Modified Classic that rewards the winner with $25, 000 plus lap money on Saturday night.
The weekend kicks off with the action packed Freedom 38 for Sportsman stock cars paying the winner of the 38-lapper $1,500. And the Delaware Auto Exchange Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series, featuring the popular 305 Sprints, will have current point leader Tim Tanner leading a large field of entries as they battle in the Delphi Contractors & Demolition sponsored 25-lap main event.
Also on Friday night, action starting at 7:30 p.m., the Modified racers planning to participate in the Freedom 76 will be given practice time during the evening’s events.
Pits open at 3 p.m. and main grandstand gates open at 5:30 p.m.
Adult admission is $12 with youngsters 6 through 11 paying $5 and kids under 6 admitted free.
Advance tickets for the Freedom 76 will be available Friday night for just $35 while on race day they will sell for $40. Youngsters, 6 through 11, on Saturday will pay $10 while kids under 6 are admitted free.
Saturday will see pit gates open at 9 a.m. Advance ticketholders are admitted to the main grandstands at 3 p.m. while the ticket windows open at 3:30 p.m.
Before the action starts on the track Saturday the Grandview Speedway 2018 champions will be featured in an autograph session at the photo stand from 3:45 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. Modified champion Mike Gular, Sportsman champion Louden Reimert and Late Model champion Danny Snyder will have their Sharpies ready to sign autographs for the fans. And MS Motorsports Leslie Donegan will be part of the activities.
At 5:30 p.m. there will be a photo session and interviews featuring the 2018 Champions in Victory Lane.
And then it will be on track action as Modified racers warm up, participate in qualifying events, the $1,000 to win Cash Dash, the Schaffer Racing Minuteman 20 and topped off by the 48th edition of the Freedom 76, “The Granddaddy of Modified Stock Car Classics”.
Heading up the Modified action will be many top visiting talents including Stewart Friesen (fresh from action in the Las Vegas NASCAR Camping World Truck race), Billy Pauch Sr. and Jr., Ryan Watt, Rick Laubach, Ryan Godown, Alan Johnson along with others taking on Grandview champion Mike Gular, Craig Von Dohren, Jeff Strunk (last year’s winner), Duane Howard, Jared Umbenhauer, Frank Cozze and so many more. And as always there will be some surprise entries.
Rain date for the Freedom 76 is September 22nd. There is no rain date for the Friday night events.

Brad Sweet Masters Lapped Traffic En Route to $20,000 Placerville Victory
PLACERVILLE, CA – September 12, 2018 – Brad Sweet passed Rico Abreu on Lap 8, was masterful through heavy lapped traffic, and held off Sheldon Haudenschild in a Green-White-Checkered finish to win the 49er Gold Rush Classic Presented by Riebes NAPA Auto Parts at Placerville Speedway. The win was Sweet’s 7th of the season and worth $20,000. Haudenschild kept the fans on the edge of their seat and came home second with local Andy Forsberg, who scored $2000 for setting Quick Time earlier in the evening, completing the podium.
Rico Abreu, fresh off his Gold Cup Race of Champions victory Saturday at Chico, won the Sears Craftsman Dash to earn the pole for the 49-Lap Feature alongside Sweet. Abreu got a good initial start and led the opening circuit and paced the field before Jason Sides brought out the first caution of the event with three laps complete.
Abreu powered away on the restart and reached lapped traffic quickly around the quarter-mile, high-banked oval. Sweet hawked Abreu as the latter entered traffic and made the move to take command of the field off of turn four to lead Lap 8.
A Red Flag for Brent Marks on Lap 14 halted action and took the leaders out of heavy traffic. Marks, who had come forward seven positions to 11th, was uninjured, but done for the evening.
The next 34 laps went non-stop allowing the leaders to endure as heavy of lapped traffic as they will see all season.
Sheldon Haudenschild, who started third, fell back to fifth at the time of the Red Flag for Marks but became the show on the restart. Haudenschild’s go to line was entering high into turn one and diamonding off the bottom of turn two. Haudenschild took fourth with that line from Pittman on the restart. Five laps later Haudenschild got by Eliason off of turn two to grab third and set his eyes on Abreu and leader Brad Sweet.
Abreu bobbled in turn four on the cushion on Lap 28, allowing Haudenschild to move into second. But Haudenschild made the same mistake the following lap as Abreu slid back in front of the young Wooster, OH native to reclaim second at the line.
By Lap 35, there were lapped cars scattered all over the racing surface in front of Sweet, forcing him to slow his pace and allowing the pack to close in. Abreu took a couple of looks underneath Sweet, but the latter remained in the gas and never gave Abreu a chance to slide him.
Lap 45 saw Sweet trying his best to navigate traffic on the cushion with Abreu looking desperately for a way by him and Haudenschild looming as the leaders were nose to tail down the backstretch.
Sweet had a strong three laps, putting two lapped cars in between himself and Abreu and Haudenschild coming to the White Flag. Haudenschild grabbed second at the White Flag and then slid to the top of turn one to maintain momentum. Stuck with nowhere to go, lapped car Jacob Allen flipped off of the top of turn one. Allen was uninjured with the Red Flag setting up a Green-White-Checkered finish.
As the cars came to a stop for the Red Flag, Abreu uncharacteristically rolled into Haudenschild. Abreu got out of his car and informed World of Outlaws officials that the steering broke on his family-owned No.24 and his night was over.
Sweet got an excellent restart, thwarting any chance of Haudenschild’s late race heroics as Sweet went to win, the, now, 50-Lap Feature, by 0.611 seconds.
Sweet, who was a co-promoter of the event, was visibly excited to get the big win in his hometown. “I don’t know if that’s cool or not [that I won my own race], but $20,000 was on the line. It’s great to get the NAPA car in Victory Lane in the Riebes NAPA Auto Parts Race,” Sweet said next to his Kasey Kahne, who was in attendance, owned No.49.
“It’s awesome to come back here in my hometown in front of all my friends and family and get the win. Lapped traffic was really tough, I hope you guys enjoyed the show. We’ll be back next year,” Sweet added.
When asked about the hectic lapped traffic, Sweet said, “I thought I covered most of my lines, but I knew someone was close. You just try to keep your composure and pick off the lapped cars the best you can. The cushion was tricky, kudos to the Russell family, they do a great job here every week and we get to play in their playground once a year.”
Sweet ended with a heartfelt statement, “I have so many people to thank for helping put on this show and I’m very appreciative.”
Sheldon Haudenschild finished second and was equally as appreciative. “Brad did a great job and a huge thanks to him for putting this race on. Thanks to the fans for coming out on a weekday, I know it’s difficult and we appreciate it. Hopefully you all enjoyed the show, I had a blast. This is a beautiful track. I’m definitely grateful to be in this position and to be able to race Sprint Cars for a living,” Haudenschild said next to his NOS Energy Sponsored, Stenhouse Jr.-Marshall No.17.
Andy Forsberg, the current Placerville Speedway 360 Sprint Car points leader, led the local charge finishing third, his third top-ten against the Outlaws in as many starts this season. “This is a 2009 chassis and the youngest guy on my crew is 54 years old and they work their tails off,” Forsberg, who will wrap his 20th points title as a driver this Saturday at Placerville, said with a big smile. “Every once in a while, you can sneak a good run against the Outlaws,” Forsberg added before stating how proud he was of his team for their runs against The Greatest Show on Dirt this week.
Tim Kaeding continued his outstanding success in a second Sides Motorsports entry coming from 10th to fourth with Eliason settling for fifth. David Gravel crashed in the Heat Race was forced to take a Provisional and earned KSE Hard Charger honors coming forward to 13th.
Shane Stewart and Justin Sanders flipped in the Sears Craftsman Dash, forcing Stewart to a backup car and to start at the rear while Sanders start and parked because of the damage. High Sierra Industries put up $1000 cash if a World of Outlaws driver set Quick Time and doubled that if a non-Outlaw set Quick Time, which sent Forsberg home with $2000 extra in his pocket for his 10.282 lap around the bullring.

Two Big Days On Tap For New Egypt Speedway This Weekend September 15th & 16th
New Egypt, NJ – New Egypt Speedway is back in action this coming weekend on both Saturday and Sunday September 15th & 16th.
First up will be when the US Air Force presents Championship Night on Saturday night September 15th. Track champions will be decided in all five of the support divisions at New Egypt Speedway. In action will be the Larry’s Hot Rods & Harley’s Northeast Wingless Sprint Cars, Hammer Sportsman, Crate Modifieds, Street Stocks & 4-Cylinders! There are still point battles to be won and the point races are about as close as they can be heading into the final points night!
Admission to the grandstand will be $20 for adults, $18 for seniors 65 and older, $10 for teens 12-15, $10 for military personnel and their spouses with ID, and Kids 11 & under are free.
Pit admission is $30 with a New Egypt Speedway license and $40 with no license. Spectator gates will open at 4PM with racing beginning at 6PM!
Next up will be the Mud in the pines Round 3: The Back to School Bog on Sunday, September 16th.
Don't miss your chance to see eight different classes of mega trucks with over 1000 horsepower sling mud and battle to be called the top truck in New Jersey.
Pit gates will open at 10AM, the Grandstands will open at 12PM with the first truck flying through the mud at 1PM! Pit Admission is $25 (16 years of age and older), Grandstand admission is $15, Teens (12-15) & Military w/ID: $8 with Kids 11 & Under being FREE!
New Egypt Speedway is located on Route 539 just minutes from Six Flags Great Adventure and the New Jersey Turnpike. With the 2018 season winding down to a close with a heated points battle finally coming to an end this Friday, September 14th at Grandview Speedway, the Delaware Auto Exchange Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series has partnered with Sewell, NJ's Delphi Contracting & Demolition to raise the stakes on Championship Night!
Delphi Contracting has upped the purse an extra $1000, making it $500 to win and $165 to start. Second through fifth place will be awarded with $325, $280, $250, and $220, with an increase in payout throughout the rest of the field will be seen as well. On top of this, $250 in lap money ($10 a lap led in the twenty-five lap feature) will be up for grabs as well.
Additional contingency awards include $50 cash to each heat race winner presented by Professional Design Services, Freiberger Excavating, and Bruce's Auto Body, a $50 gift certificate to Keizer Sprint Wheels for the worst pill draw of the night, the $25 Bitner Automotive 'Lightning Fast Time of the Night' bonus, 5 gallons of fuel to the winner of each heat race event and feature, courtesy of Kelly Racing Fuels, a $25 Todd's Performance gift certificate, the “Burning Rubber Bonus” which is a BRAND NEW Hoosier Racing Racesaver Spec Right Rear tire courtesy of Thayer Performance, the Fred's Trailers $25 Hard Charger Award and the CRC Industries Brakleen feature redraw concludes the list of extras up for grabs for members of the Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series.

Tim Tanner Jr. - the current point leader by 15 points over second place standing and owner of one feature win at Bridgeport Speedway in 2018 Rick Stief - finally won his first race at Grandview Speedway Inc. at MASS' last appearence "on the hill" back in June, and is looking to make a come back this week, after receiving third degree burns on his hands and arms during a pit side accident at BAPS Motor Speedway in August.
Several additional drivers looking forward to pocketing the $500 prize this Friday are "Flyin" Ryan Stillwaggon, double time 2018 feature winner Eddie Wagner, “Downtown” Dave Brown, Jeff Geiges, "The Blonde Bomber" Austin Bishop, Bobby Scherff, Tom Carberry Brendon Poff, Joe Kay, and 2018 Rookie of the Year contenders Cj Faison and Jason Dunn will all be in attendance.
Pits are scheduled to open at 3PM, grandstand gates opening to fans at 5:30 with warm-ups beginning at 6:30 and the first green flag scheduled to open at 7:30PM. General Admission for Adults is $12; Children (6-11): $5; Under 6: FREE and Pit Admission is $30.
