SIX TITLES TO BE DECIDED AT WALL STADIUM; CHAMPIONS TO BE CROWNED SATURDAY OCT. 6

WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. ~ Championship point races that have raged through the summer months will be decided as Wall Stadium Speedway settles the top spots in the All American Auto Group Racing Series this Saturday night (Oct. 6). Grandstand seating on “Champions Night” will open at 5:00 p.m. on Oct. 6 with qualifying beginning at 5:45 p.m. and main event action to follow. In the event of bad weather for this important evening of competition a rain date of Sunday, October 7, has been set with starting times to be determined if needed.

In the Pete & Elda's Bar/Carmen's Pizzeria Modified ranks Howell's Jimmy Blewett is at the top of the point rankings as he seeks his fourth speedway crown. Still, Andrew Krause of Holmdel and two-time champ Steven Reed of Jackson are within striking distance. The Modifieds will compete in a double point 40-lapper.

Two-time former champ Kevin Davison of Howell is at the top of the Center State Engineering Sportsman chase going into Saturday’s double point 25-lapper. Still, Kyle Scisco and brothers Carsten and Jarret DiGiantomasso, all of Jackson, have a shot at the crown.

Mike Montano of Freeport, N.Y. is looking for his first driving title, but Elliott Wohl of Beachwood and Scott Riggleman still have a shot at the O’Shea Auto Repair Factory Stock points title going into the night’s double point 25-lap headliner.

The Green Flag Driving Experience Legend Cars find point leader Nick Van Wickle of Edgewater Park at the top, but Peter Bruno of Little Silver has a shot at stealing away the crown with double points offered.

In the Surf Side Collision 4 Cylinder Stocks Howell’s Brian Osborn, Chris Silvestri of Hazlet and Darianne McLaren of Edison are the top point drivers going into Saturday’s double point 25-lap point finale.

In the Mike's Performance Center Limited Late Model ranks point leader Shanon Mongeau of Jackson will try to go undefeated for the season with just one regular season double point 25-lapper remaining on Saturday.

Saturday’s schedule will see the competitor pit area open at 1:00 p.m. Regular practice will start at 3:00 p.m., while spectator seating will open at 5:00 p.m. Qualifying starts at 5:45 p.m. with main events to follow.

Once the Saturday night season has concluded the “Spooky Spectacular” is set for Saturday afternoon, October 20, and the annual “Turkey Derby” will be presented on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend. Both of these post-season events will start during the daylight hours.
