DEMO DERBY AND 6 AUTO RACES HEADLINE WALL STADIUM’S SPOOKY SPECTACULAR ON OCT. 20

WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. ~ An impressive field of All American Auto Group Racing Series stock cars can be expected at Wall Stadium Speedway on October 20 when six feature races an a Demolition Derby headline the annual Spooky Spectacular stock car race. On October 20, pit area gates will open at 10:00 a.m., practice starts at 11:00 a.m., grandstand seating opens at 1:00 p.m. and qualifying starts at 1:45 p.m. with main events to follow at around 3:00 p.m.

The Center State Engineering Sportsman cars, with newly crowned champion Kevin Davison of Howell and top runners Kyle Scisco and Jarret DiGiantomasso, both of Jackson, expected to be in competition, will compete in a 25-lap feature race.

The O'Shea's Auto Repair Factory Stocks are set to two 25-lap main events with 2018 champion Mike Montano of Freeport, N.Y., regular season finale winner Elliot Wohl of Beachwood and multi-time champion Scott Riggleman of Manchester expected to lead the way. The Surfside Collision 4 Cylinder Stocks will also see double-duty in twin races with expected entries to include 2018 driving champion Brian Osborn of Howell, Darianne McLaren of Edison and Hazlet's Chris Silvestri.

In the Mike's Performance Center Limited Late Model 25-lap race newly crowned champion Shanon Mongeau of Jackson is expected to attempt to keep his 2018 undefeated streak going with likely competition coming from Brick's Joe Mongeau and Harry Schaeffer of Carteret.

With the season-long title chase completed drivers in all divisions can forget about earning points and race strictly for the prize money offered.

Fans can expect competitors from the tri-state area to compete in the championship Demolition Derby.

Also featured during the festivities will be free pumpkins for fans while supplies last and a “Haunted Carnival” in the grandstand midway area. Included in the grandstand admission price young fans will have the opportunity to play a variety of carnival games as much as they like in order to collect tickets to win prizes such as stuffed animals, candy, toys and more. Fans are also welcome to wear their Halloween costumes to the track to add to the fun.

Once the October 20 event is in the books all attention will turn toward the 45th running of the “Turkey Derby” on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend during the daylight hours.
