ACTION PACKED SCHEDULE SET FOR 13TH ANNUAL QUAKER STEAK & LUBE DIRT TRACK HEROES CAR SHOW, OPENS FRIDAY AT PALMER PARK MALL IN EASTON, PA

With the 13th Annual Dirt Track Hereos show less than one week away the jammed pack schedule offers something for all fan each day. “For the opening ceremonies on Friday, we really want to honor Steve and Ed Pados for all they have all they have done not only with this show but for the entire racing community”, noted event organizer Justin Beltrame. The Pados Brothers have done so much for racing and the Dirt Track Heroes event that it is appropriate to salute them in the opening of the show.

The Saturday show kicks off with the Small Car Saturday event sponsored by Snyderville Raceway and Oreville Kart Club. Drivers from all small car classes can attend to talk about their racing career and schedule for the 2020 season. Special Guest Jon Keller will be on hand to talk not only about the classic Trenton win but also his season and chat will all the young drivers. After that we will head into an autograph session with many of the legends of Dorney Park and Mahoning Valley. The icing on the cake for Saturday will be the “2nd Annual Premio Foods Sausage Eating Contest”. Pete Telesco and his team will have their stomach satisfying sausages ready to go for some lucky contestants to compete for a $100.00 prize.

Sunday is a day for Doug Hoffman and Nazareth Speedway. Many drivers will be on hand for an autograph session while we salute Doug Hoffman a man who has won some of the biggest races in the Northeast scene on both Dirt and Asphalt.

Also taking place on all three days is a tire changing competition thanks to Steve Young and the 187 Dirt Track Media modified. The top two from each day will be receive prizes for their efforts.

Saturday- March 7 – (11AM) Snyderville Raceway and Oreville Kart presents “Small Car Saturday” with special guest “Jon Keller” featuring all Quarter Midget Clubs: Blue Mountain, Keystone, West End, Go-Karts, Stage One Modifieds, Xcel Modifieds, Micro Stocks as well as Snydersville Raceway, Hamlin Speedway and many more..

Saturday- March 7 – (3PM) Snyders Videos and Photos presents Mahoning Valley Speedway and Dorney Park autograph session. Special guest interviews as well.

Saturday- March 7 – (5PM) Premio Foods presents “Second Annual Premio Sausage Eating contest” prizes awarded for top 3.

Saturday - March 7 (7pm) Saturday night Round 2 tire changing competition at the Dirt Track 187 Media 187 Sportsman Car of Steve Young

Sunday- March 8- (12:30pm) Smith Fabrications/ Snyders Videos and Photos presents special event with the Mayor of Nazareth honoring a legend as well as Nazareth Autograph session

Sunday- March 8- (1pm) Mahoning Valley Speedway presents “A Tribute to Doug Hoffman” A round table discussion with follow competitors and family honoring Doug.. All former competitors and friends of Doug welcome to attend and share stories.

Sunday- March 8- (3pm) Sunday afternoon Round 3 tire changing competition at the Dirt Track 187 Media 187 Sportsman Car of Steve Young

Following the tradition that the Pados Brothers started the show is Free to all patrons who attend. As always many of vendors will be present selling apparel, souvenirs, pictures for all you race fans. For all you racing moms out there we will have jewelry, clothing and other home décor vendors on site. Finally, after a few strolls around the mall and the show there will be a screening room to sit back and relax and watch racing videos from different tracks and different eras for asphalt and dirt racing.

We are still accepting race cars, tracks, and organizations are all welcome to be part of the show, and vendors are welcome as well. The Palmer Park Mall is located in Easton, PA, at the intersection of Route 248 and Park Avenue, just off route 22/78. It is a single-story mall, with 457,743 square feet of shopping. The Palmer Park Mall is somewhat smaller than the Phillipsburg Mall, so those wishing to be part of the show should enter early. The Quaker Steak & Lube Dirt Track Heroes Show will be utilizing the former BON TON Store as well as much of the Mall walk area. The Mall is bright and busy with many eating locations to enjoy.
